Settlement talks should have taken place before a verdict was reached. --- They did. I find it interesting that the attitude of many here is that Microsoft should have settled no matter what. If you were accused of a crime you felt you didn't commit, would you settle? What if the DA's offer didn't seem fair? Am I the only one here who watches Law & Order? - Eric
