ROFLMFAO

Talk about a blast from the past....When I was 19 i answered a cold call from a Blinder and Robinson salesman and ended up buying 14000 shares in some penny stock named applied genetic materials.. The company eventually delisted and as far as I know the shares are now worthless but I did manage to contact a person working for what was left of applied genetic materials about five years ago...

He told me that my shares were worthless but that the company still existed.. With all the biotech mania lately I have been wondering if I still own a share in some company and if it may be worth anything..

After Blinder and Robinson went out of business it got the nickname Blind-em and Rob-em. good job helping to put those crooks out of business..

the sad thing is that that incident kept me out of the stock market for ten years between 1987 and 1997. I had purchased my shared right before the crash of 1987 and was told the company delisted in november of 1987.
