If you believe that article then YES, I am calling you a moron.

I did the math on the tankers. It was VERY obvious that it is physically impossible for massive amounts of extra oil to be "at sea", not to mention how costly it would be for the owners of the tankers. The fool didn't even account for the fact that many tankers are carrying PRODUCTS (gasoline and heating oil). We are heavily importing products now to make up for our lack of refining capacity. Check the DOE numbers.

Then there are the tankers that were permanently taken out of service after the recent accident off the coast of France.
