After the last OPEC meeting where did crude end up? 27. What happened to the OSX after it surged in early summer? It corrected.

What happens as we head into OPEC meeting with crude at 36bbl? It realistically means as crude falls back just to the 27 level, thats 8 dollars, OSX will get CRUSHED! Not more then 20% but it alway shoots either way by 10%
