i was just kidding about the traders. i don't think there's any doubt the prospectus has been delayed at least 3 weeks. don't think it's an issue, but clearly there are those who see it as an opportunity to short the stock. nothing has changed about the story. the fact we may get a repricing of the sector, coupled with a delay, likely has some investors a tad nervous after the recent run.

trust me, the underwriters will have absolutely NO problem selling LUMN.
