Sam,
Its actually their second infusion of cash, they placed some stock back around July I think. And they did the bond swap before that. Still, if they don't make the 20gb ramp and get into positive gross margins they will burn through their cash long before Scion generates a dime.

I don't trust them either.....but they have been pretty skillful turning that pigs ear of a balance sheet into a purse, not silk perhaps, but good enough to hold a little water :o)
