NTWK was touted by stockreporter.de, which was sued by the SEC. The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that it filed a federal court action in San Francisco against three residents of Germany, Torsten Prochnow ("Prochnow") d/b/a Stockreporter.de, Dennis C. Hass ("Hass") and World Of Internet.com AG ("WOI").
