Been busy....(slight understatement there!) We are leaving 9/20-27 on the cruise....What were the places you stopped in? I'll have to look at ours...Know they don't go to Sitka this time, and I'm sorry about that....LOVED Sitka...just like a little jewel of a community, with a definite early Russian influence and beautiful scenery every place you look! I just received word this afternoon of the passing of a VERY dear friend....our SI friend called me (the who Carolyn, Sarkie, Roger and SS met), and took me to tea...just to tell me so that I didn't hear another way.....It's truly a wonderful friend who will try to help with the pain that way...Those are the memories that we all have that can't be taken away, and that do make some of the other current events seem like such nonsense in comparison. BTW, the book is called The Bachelor's Cat by L H Hoffman. Here's the Amazon link...Interesting reviews....one was written by a peabrain, who probably wouldn't know how to spell CAT... amazon.com Will be back later....Hugs, Everyone!
