Also check the Audio note that an analyst(Patrick Comade from Guzman & Co) speculates this might not be the right time for the merger....since AT&T shareholders are 'crying' for stock price, and that NXTL is trading at about 6 1/2 times earnings and AT&T about 4 (I believe that is what he said)...says it would be a 70+billion deal...
