CCAA: On Insider trading at Yahoo I have noticed.... Both Proposed Sales and SOLDs based on which stock I look at. Am I correct in understanding that a Proposed Sale simply gets the paperwork done and gets the individual positioned to sell if they wish whereas a SOLD with a specified price is a done deal and the stock has been sold? Just trying to better understand and learn... Thanks and GC
