<<<I think the main reason the ERF.G issue was at 23.10 is that that was the market price when they started negotiating with CIBC.

Think about this for a bit, and we should realize that the average shareholder is getting their arse kicked,...particularly if you bought recently.

In the normal world, if someone did this maneuver, we would attempt to class action sue their butts off.

When are shareholders going to form a union and threaten these POS's with immense amounts of litigation if they don't level the playing field?

The rules are made to favor the brokerages. They make big profits, for their masters the banks,...I'm fed up with the banks making big profits because they have a virtual monopoly thanks to the bums in government who have blind trusts but specify that their main investments should be in the banks (and other such monopolies). Pretty simple to pass legislation that favors the banks,....unless of course the peon public rebels!

Meanwhile we are taxed to death, to support a rotten system,
that wastes more resources than they pass on, and hides their ineptitude with creative accounting. Good thing Canada has immense riches, or,...........???????????

End of rant,...for the moment:-)))
