Your analysis is very good. I have CMTN as a strong buy on my system, along with WSTL(which I bought today). This whole sector is out of favor because there is fear of a DSL roll out slow down. DSL will continue to grow at a fast pace IMO. If it doesn't, the telco's and its shareholders will lose because consumers want DSL. The technicals always follow the fundamentals eventually. The fundamentals are primary. The time to buy and Hold For a While IMO is when the technicals get way out of wack on the downside in relation to the strong fundamentals. This is the case with CMTN here so I have no qualms in holding. Markets can get extremely irrational over the short term. That's good because it provides great buying and shorting opportunities. Markets are extremely fair and rational long term. Here is a dirt cheap stock that very few people know about. It's a 10 bagger IMO if you hold it. Subject 36786
