The only thing brewing in the Middle East is coffee.
I suggest you wake up and smell it.

Look at price action in April after they missed first spud in date and had to get an extension.
A similar decline to below a buck is likely this time too.

Spud in really doesn't matter anyway. There's no economically recoverable oil there. If so, Occidental would have found it long ago when they explored the region.
