The judgment was not reproduced in its entirety in Luke's post, but I note that the Chief Judge dissented. I assume the judgment is appealable, and presume the this explains the weakness as the day wore on yesterday. If it isn't, then the whole thing is totally baffling. The issues may be complex, but leaving aside any other future sources of revenue for Cadus, you are left with a stock trading for less than free cash.
