IMPORTANT : Craig and all, I just got off the phone with Richard Herbst. Yes, there were people in the office a 7:30PM EST. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with him. There is going to be a Tradelink website up by Thurday/Friday. The URL is going to be WWW.TRADELINK-INT.COM. I told him that shareholders were wondering if Tradelink was a "real" company and were concerned over the lack of news. He said that news would be out soon (real news re: contracts). He said Expolink had a disappointing turn out. (TRLK does not run the tradeshows. They offer services to tradeshows). There is another tradeshow in Boston in June (I believe). He said the New York operation is going well. Richard did know his stuff about telecommunications. I am a Network Engineer for a living. So I think I would be able to detect if he was BSing me or not. He said that the company is over 50% owned by management. He is sending me an information packet through the mail. Contacting Richard ------------------ Richard can be contacted via phone, as in my previous post or by email. I got his permisssion to post email address, which is (TLINK@ICANECT.NET). He said if anyone wants information on the company, they can request it via email. They will also fax infomation. Summary -------- For ME, the fact that people were in the office at 7:30PM was a GOOD sign. I like to see small company management putting in O.T. Instead of being on the golf course. I'm glad I made the call. I SHOULD HAVE CALLED SOONER!!! Phil (Still holding my shares)
