I've done acquisitions before and I realize when you really want a company you do what you gotta do, but these cash payments are the first part of this jdsu/sdli deal that just doesn't smell right. I'd like to see the detail of how the bounties compare to the value to the foregone stock options. If it really is a wash or close to it, they ought to say so, and get this out of the way. ken
