(OTCBB-CBQI-news), the E-Business Marketplace, announced today that
its special shareholders meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2000, will
be carried on a live streaming basis on the Internet. The meeting will
begin at 10:30 A.M., and end at 2:00 P.M. Interested parties will be
able to watch the webcast of the special meeting by going to the
CBQ.com website, www.cbq.com/investment.html, where the link to the
webcast will be found. (Minimum requirements to view webcast: Real

The special meeting of the shareholders will feature presentations
