Yogi, picked up shares last week, and of course it has backed off a point since (my usual luck). However, it would seem when the new Chairman takes over Sep 15 a gradual turn should begin. It may take a year to really begin to show any MAJOR results though. Look at this as a long term commitment... wonder if the high dividend will hold. Wouldn't be surprised to see a cut, but that remains to be seen. JW
