Aus,
are you suggesting that today's drop is to do with the Lexar lawsuit?

IMHO its down to oil. My stocks are a sea of red.

BTW, re the Lexar share price, though its up 1/4* so far to day, there are (Yahoo figures) only 14,500 shares traded. Wouldnt take more than a few thousand being purchased to raise the price. Indeed, with the low volumes on many days, I wouldn't have thought it would take much money to manipulate the price in any direction one desired. Not of course that I am suggesting that this has happened, I merely point out that the more thinly traded the stock, the more the opportunity is there.

*Edit, 5,000 shares and 2 minutes later, its dropped 3/8 to be down 1/8. Proves my point about volume.
