I have an investor package in front of me to answer your questions:

1. In regards to the Rogers TWC potential acquisition:

I do not know if it was a money maker or loser for Rogers Cablesystems. However, I do know that it will give G E N I a larger market share:

The following is the competition:

Ascent : 900M rooms
LodgeNet: 475M rooms
IPC Interactive: 60M rooms
TWC: 20M rooms
Maginet: 40M rooms
SVI: 40 m rooms

According to the International Hotel Association, the World Wide lodging industry consists of:

11,333,199 rooms
21,540,267 beds
$248 billion in revenue
International travel is expected to grow by 3.6% over the 1990-2010 period.

According to the American Hotel & Motel Association, the USA market comprises of the following:

3.4 million rooms

Now, the world wide installed base of in-room entertainment systems is estimated at only 15%. That leaves a lot of room for industry growth. The acquisition of TWC will help G E N I accumulate a larger market share of this huge market which is primed for growth. The information package states on page 5 That Gal a Vu has a 3 year plan of delivering entertainment services to approximately 4% of the world-wide hotel base within the 75-300 room segment. Gal a Vu's target market is primarily to small to medium sized properties.

The carribean market is a great entry for G ENI. Sandals and The Superclubs, are very well known resorts which, with the in-room entertainment, will be an extra ammenity for the many guests it attracts each year. It should generate a lot of revenue and increased sales leads.

As for the new finacing arrangement with the "bank" that you made reference to, I will have to look into it before I can give you my opinion. Keep in touch.
