Several trades went thru near 3:30 at 5/8 x 7/8 that were later cancelled. If ,say, DELGF opened at
1/32- would shorts cover-i think so-why hold out for .03 if you shorted anywhere
from 10-30. (especially if you're worried about another halt-delisting-moving to another exchange etc
Of course they don't have to cover-but i think many will.
Add to that the book value of $1.50 and the hope (likely misplaced) that some true believers may have that
DELGF
may try another sample- depending on how low it opens -there could be buyers.

When Brex opened on nasdaq at 1/64 it quadrpled in 5 minutes to 1/16
before being suspended.

To buy way down there would take major guts- and some timing. But between
shorts covering and true believers there could-maybe-be a short spurt up.

Just a thought -while running the possibilities
After all we trade the stock -not the company
