BenThair , One must understand that on a 12/13 cent stock the MMs can manipulate the percentage of that issue greatly. IMO a true breakout occurs when consistent price appreciation is accommodated by a substantial increase of volume over a period of days...not hours....don't mean to sound terse and really do appreciate your posts, John
