Charles, I don't know if you've seen this. You're not the only one giving up on TXN. AG Edwards TXN - Downgraded from HOLD to SELL - Shares closed below our stop loss levels. netcognizance.com This doesn't look right unless Edwards is in general throwing it in for semis. TI has to be a buy somewhere along here. Tony
