SETO Announces an Agreement With Lucent Technologies Microelectronics
BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y., Sep 8, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SETO Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: SETO chart, msgs) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Lucent Microelectronics Group, The World Leader in Communications Semiconductors.
A mutual non disclosure agreement has been signed between Lucent and SETO to share proprietary marketing, technical or business information including without limitation, products and/or software ("information"), relating to all information regarding Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group's V.90 analog data/fax modem technology and, ADSL Wildwire modem technology, schedules, and products as well as information relating to Lucent Technologies channel marketing programs, said Gene Pian, President, CEO of SETO.
