The REG S and warrant scenario is unsubstantiated. It sounds good, but we have had no information to indicate that it is so. As far as we know, there are no REG. S shares and no warrants. I still think we are dealing with a major shakedown of a weak stock by market makers. It's a perfect scenario. They know it will take time to get the results out. They know that there are a ton of shares in weak hands; promoters and stock analysts. They know that negative momentum drives investors nuts. They know that IMMM really doesn't have any management to speak of. In short, they know that we are at their mercy. It isn't over until the Fat Lady (UPR) sings. Until then, expect more of the same. Keep your tabs on this one. When it rights itself, it will be like a buoy popping up from the bottom of the pond. (You don't think this is wishful thinking do you? Nahhh.) marty
