Sony is using the Transmeta 5600, DDR version. Found a quoted reference at: cbs.marketwatch.com The Vaio PictureBook now carries Transmeta's TM5600 600-megahertz microprocessor and includes a built-in scan flip camera. Mark Hanson, vice president and general manager of Sony's Vaio PC product marketing, said the micro-notebook is about the size of a clutch purse, is about an inch thick and weighs only 2.2 pounds.
