. Telson will supply all its products to Nokia of Finland on an OEM basis. This is big news, is it not? If products are 1X and Telson supplying to NOK, then NOK needs to sign a 3G license with QCOM. This is not just a matter of NOK deciding on their own whether they have or do not have a 3G license. Since Telson is a 3G licensee of QCOM's they cannot sell to a company that is not licensed by QCOM and per QCOM needs a license. Therefore, can we not assume that NOK has already or will sign a 3G license with QCOM?
