cfoe: I think the general opinion has been that eventually NOK would sign up. Their track record on in-house efforts is less than what would support their continued dominance. It has been a matter of when they would sign. Some have been saying that the clock is about to reach midnight. Others think they might hedge for another year or two.

Then again they dont have to sign if they dont sell the phones.
