This is an excellent, skeptical analysis of the legal and patent situation that KDUS is now in: siliconinvestor.com I still think that KDUS is a terrific opportunity. But, before I took a massive position, I would be consulting a patent attorney. If the stock drops under $1, where I might be tempted to take a very sizeable position, then I'll hire an attorney and report back on what I've found. At this level of investment, I'm just going to assume that the PTO will confirm its preliminary finding and that there will be no appeal of the Sibia case; instead, I'm focusing on what Icahn will do with the money.
