Sarkie, I was able to get my system up and running without reloading Windows by editing the registry. It took a looooong time to figure out which files were affected.

I think AOL should be REQUIRED to post a HUGE disclaimer on their site that installing and removing their program will result in the corrupting of your Windows registry.

I will never use AOL (other than IM) because of this.
