You are not kidding. When someone posted this the other day,

I couldn't believe that only 3.2% of the float isn't owned by institutions, mutual funds or insiders. That increases volatility, as their are so few buy/sell decision makers, with so many shares to trade. One guy decides to bail or to buy... Also can lead to manipulation.
