Besides late last year and current year, energy prices have been cheapest under Clinton/Gore. I have got gas for as low as 69 cents/gallon. Also, why do you suppose that OPEC nations will think that they not raise prices to share in the global economic prosperity? Freemarket is in play, unless you want to put gun on their head. BTW: OPEC is just not Arab countries.
