No, it's not. It makes SanDisk a higher risk investment in the minds of many individual investors. Well we wouldn't want that would we. Those same valued investors would have never owned MSFT or INTC. They own bonds or utility stocks. Yep those are the ones we want to attract alright. Sure will make the shareholders meeting exciting with all those folks in their depends undergarments racing around with their walkers. I stay awake nights worrying about them. Maybe there is some way to change the stock into an annuity which will pay 3% annually with no volatility. Can't have it both ways, but I guess you can try. Steve 667
