Tim... I don't ride in the snow by choice. I did have to ride from Jasper, Alberta down to Lake Louise (about 200 miles) to outrun an early winter storm once. It was not fun at all, very cold and very dangerous. But it had to be done. Rain is no problem though as long as you have good tires and good rain gear. I have always enjoyed traveling in the rain for some sick reason. A bike is the greatest way to travel to me.....sounds like you love it also. Scott
