Richard,

I think that it is obvious that earnings will continue to increase each quarter. And each time they are released, if the stock price remains the same, the P/E ratio drops significantly.

Since it is fairly evident that earnings will be at least $1 this year, a $35 stock price just doesn't seem possible.

Now if you had said $50, then maybe, but $35, I doubt it.
