I am not going to have some newbie (or maybe a not so newbie and just a lazy idiot) buy a stock I post on then have it tank (THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN OFTEN) then run to the SEC whining that I am posting on a stock and they bought and lost money. Not just because the stock did not move up but because something happened that I didn't see or some snake emerged from the woodpile. Many people do NOT want to be responsible for their own decisions. In this liberal country we live in, it gets worse all the time. Next thing I will have is a lawyer on retainer examining my posts before posting them here. Maybe I am paranoid... but I am covering my a$$. Many people cruise through this thread looking for hot stocks. This thread has a history of uncovering stocks that run to the moon. At the same time, if we or I have a dud then it should not be my or anyone else's fault. Tom
