They will report first quarter earning and the estimate is 60 cent. biz.yahoo.com They will also hold the annual meeting. Here is my guess on how the meeting might go. If the quarter is good and they know that the next quarter is looking good they won't announce any potential deals to sell the whole company or a large part of it. If the quarter is weak and they know the next quarters is looking just a weak they will announce a deal to sell the whole company to keep the shares from nose diving even more If they sell the whole company my guess is that there will be two or more companies buying the pieces that they want. My guess is that the quarter is weak and the company will be sold. There has just been way too much volume with lots of 10k here and 10K their and not much price movement other than this week which we started at 10 bucks and ended at $11.05 JMHO Mike
