The secret is derived from the fact that we humans are made up of the same carbon atoms that make up all the other matter in our world. One carbon atom from our bodies is by itself no different from a carbon atom anywhere else, such as in the air or on a moonrock, nor is it any more "alive" than these other carbon atoms.

There is a lot of matter in the world that's not made of carbon atoms. There are even two branches of chemistry Organic (carbon based) and Inorganic (non-carboned based).

Moonrocks do not contain carbon atoms.
The air does not normally contain carbon atoms. Pure clean air would not contain carbon atoms. Burning wood or coal would release carbon into the air.

we grow old and die because, quite simply, the carbon decays.

Carbon is a pretty stable atom. I'd love to have the half life of carbon. Do diamonds (compressed carbon) decay?

The breakthrough came from the brilliant discovery that when a collection of carbon atoms was covered with vaporized silicon, the decay of the carbon was stopped.

Silicon, next to oxygen (Inorganic) is the most abundant element on earth. Silicon is an atom (a basic element). If it is vaporized what would it be?

vaporize
1: to convert (as by the application of heat or by spraying) into a vapor.
2: to cause to become ethereal or dissipated.

I think the science you spout is ethereal.

, I would be more than happy to let you know how you can get involved, and let me just add, the monthly payments are quite affordable.

Why not just eat sand (silica)?

ha! a pair of tens.
