Pat, very interesting story. Of course we all know who that other suitor is and it is good to know that if presented with another chance at SDLI, it is now armed with a much stronger stock price.

2 other suitors. We all know #2. Care to guess who #1 is?
My guess is it was ALA. In any event, SDLI's stock price would probably be near 350 at this point anyway even without the pending merger. Today's price is a definite buying opportunity.
