Guy had no weapons and hadn't actually threatened anyone. >> We just had an incident where a retarded guy drove off without paying for $17 in gas. It's happened before and he always pays when they remind him. This time 3 cops chased him down, disabled his car with 40 shots, and because he was too scared to get out of the car one of the cops shot him 5 times. Murder charges have been filed.
