mrbodine, the company got an amendment to its loan structure that allows them more time to secure new financing. The amendment comes at higher cost so the bottom line in Q3 and Q4 will be negatively impacted. Top line is still on track, however. I was assured by management 3 months ago that successful financing was expected but it didn't work out. It is a dark cloud until the issue is resolved. My comfort level has dropped as a result.
