Jenna: Best regards to you and all Market Gem posters. Biotech stocks pulled back for the week ending Fri. 9/8/00. The BioBizNet Select Index at biobiznet.com was down 6.48% for the week (see Table 1 on the site). For the week closing 9/8/00, the DJI was down 0.16%, the NASDAQ Composite was down 6.04%, and the S&P 500 was down 1.73%. Looking at a longer time frame, however, the BioBizNet Select Index was up 28.27% for the month of August, 2000 (see Table 2 on the site).
