Among the bigger name Biotechs that are oversold INCY still remains on my screen. PDLI has already begun to move strongly back higher on the basis of good news. ABSC showed up on the screen for the first time in a long time last night. I believe that it might be due for a dip below 60 again before it will rebound but good news could turn it around without that happening too. GLIA has found a base at 7 1/2 and for those who wish to truly speculate that the FDA won't pull their one product off the market this could be a tremendous buying opportunity.

Speculative oversold buy signals:

ABSC on a dip below 60. Closed at 60 15/16's on Friday.
GLIA cautious buy as close to 7 1/2 as possible.
INCY buy signal generated at 36 1/2 on Wednesday September 5.
PDLI buy signal generated at 80 3/4's on Wednesday Sept 5th. Closed on Friday at 92 11/16.

There are now 12 Biotech and Drug stocks on my oversold screen. On Thursday it was only 9.

The generation of oversold buy signals based on my limited use of technical analysis is for information purposes only and should not be confused with any recommendation to buy these securities without first doing your own due diligence and contacting a suitably qualified investment professional.
