Tim, I have said a number of times that one of the reasons for my bullishness going into election will be the "Summers" rally, namely Summers timing the buying of treasuries in the open market (the same effect as the feds lowering rates. I felt that the rally will start in "stealth" (and it did), and after the current decline "waste" itself up, we will have a much more visible rally, so no voter doiubt how good the economy is (g). Things do not always work as the turnips forecast, and thus judicious stop losses are advised. Zeev
