That means maximum production which means more royalties in Rambus' pocket. Man this is easy. Rambus friendly memory makers are high-fiving while Micron is screwed. Well, unless they settle and then move toward RDRAM. This incentive program might help the Infineon situation as well. Kudos to Intel - they'll take a near term charge to insure victory!
