Larry,

Please answer these questions:

1) What exactly has Aus said that is illegal?

2) Assuming this is a message board, and Aus is not under oath, why does Aus have to provide any information -- period? Unless he is an insider, breaking SEC disclosure laws, he can say what he wants -- according to si terms of usage.

3) Do you have any proof that Aus has committed illegal acts?

4) Knowing a lot more about the SEC than you do, what specific statutes did Aus violate? What has he done that is unethical? Please provide specific SEC code citations in your response.

5) If you can't answer these questions, then do something productive with your life -- instead of annoying people. Someone may just go ahead and file a counter claim against you for "just being a pest".

We are trying to learn on this thread. Your vocabulary, intelligence, and attitude come across as though you are in 8th grade. Very unbecoming.

PS: I have the SEC link on my profile if you can't find it -- or spell it <g>. They would throw your claim out as soon as it came in the door -- unless, of course, you can answer questions 1-5 in a way that will satisfy their interest.
