Why is MMI/TS worth anything? Was Windows 95 an improvement over MS-DOS? What allowed most people to buy and use a computer?? The answer is MSFT's intro of windows '95 and its graphical user interface. From Kaiser Tracker 2000-02 Direct Hit is in no way competition to Thoughtshare, whose core technology is an algorithm that allows graphical visualization of a complex system of nodes and links. For example, it is conceivable that an entire search list can be loaded into the Thoughtshare utility. Thoughtshare could then run an analysis of all the page addresses and present the list as a sequence of domain based clusters where pages hosted by the same web site are visually depicted as being so related
