Market Gems recommendations for trading resources:
I've been asked about articles or books on some strategies that Market Gems follows for their own trading forum and stock picks. They are popular, workable strategies that traders including myself have adapted and added a little of our own variation on the strategy. One of the best resources is the book A Beginner's Guide to DayTrading Online by Toni Turner. Its not your garden variety textbook of hypothetical situation but a hands on approach to what should be on your computer screen workspace and what you should be looking for in your charts. Tools and Tactics of the Master Day Trader by Velez & Capra is the latest from my list. Beginners would probably be better off reading Toni's book first and then following up with the other one by Velez. If you already know the basics of technical analysis you can go right to "Tools and Tactics".. For those that like in depth reading there is the classic and my favorite Technical Analysis of Financial Markets by Murphy

Pristine / Market Gems Educational Reports are available on a free site. There are good articles on a variety of subjects that should interest day and swing traders.
