My advice is to find an accountant (or securities lawyer) that you trust (maybe someone from your own church), and get him or her to give you an opinion based on a review of: 1) the two most recent 10Q's and the 10K, 2) the recent news releases. 3) the reply you received from morinoak 4) the SEC allegation against Ivan Webb 5) any other post that contains information that you do not understand. You can get copies of the SEC filings from freeedgar.com If you can't get it done for free, you should consider paying someone to review them for you. If you've got thousands of dollars riding on this, what's a couple couple hundred to get some peace of mind, and to possibly prevent you from making a costly decision?
