Ness CEO and Drilling Experts Go to Israel

WILLOW PARK, Texas, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS - news) announced that President and CEO, Hayseed Stephens, has departed on his 69th trip to Israel. Stephens is accompanied by newly elected Ness officers, Bob Fowler, Assistant Chairman of the Board and Dick Kincheloe, Vice President for Drilling Operations.

The three executives will meet with service companies as they continue preparations for the drilling of a 27,000-ft. deep test at the Southwest end of the Dead Sea. Additional meetings will be held with the Israel Petroleum Commissioner, Dr. Charles Druckman to discuss the status of the project and to introduce the two new team members. They also hope to have meetings with the Minister of Energy and other partners in the venture.

Ness reported that a lawsuit filed against the Company in Kansas earlier in the year had been dismissed with prejudice. Stephens stated that the signed order was received from the presiding judge on August 10th.
